Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and tideline.sh ("tideline.sh", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the tideline.sh website, analytics APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country of residence or from the location you access the Services.

To access certain features you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Any activity performed with your API key is deemed to be your activity. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke keys at any time to protect the Services or comply with law.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Abuse, attack, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services or their underlying infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw tideline.sh data or API responses as a competing data product.
• Use the Services to violate applicable law, including securities, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or market-abuse regulations.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-export the website outside of the documented APIs.
• Submit content, queries, or code that infringe third-party rights or contain malware.

tideline.sh aggregates, indexes, and analyses public on-chain and protocol data from Hyperliquid. tideline.sh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hyperliquid Labs or any related entity. Data is provided on an "as is" basis; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any trader metric, signal, or ranking.

The Services provide data, analytics, and AI-generated summaries for informational purposes only. Nothing on tideline.sh constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or an offer to enter into any transaction. Trading perpetual futures and other derivatives involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Paid plans and pay-as-you-go usage are billed according to the pricing published on the website at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice for active subscriptions; usage-based rates may be updated at any time for future requests.

tideline.sh and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Services, including the software, dashboards, documentation, trademarks, and aggregated analytics. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and use API responses internally within your own products, provided you do not create a competing data product.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products, for example Hyperliquid, authentication providers, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

We strive for high availability, but the Services are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, upstream Hyperliquid incidents, or reasons beyond our control. Published SLAs, if any, apply only to the specific paid plan that references them.

THE SERVICES AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SIGNAL, SCORE, OR AI OUTPUT WILL PRODUCE A PROFIT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDELINE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO TIDELINE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tideline.sh and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the Services or other users. The sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tideline.sh is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
